Anuj Virmani is the Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson MedTech India, a division of Johnson & Johnson Private Limited. He comes with over 28 years of proven track record as a global healthcare leader. With a strategic vision and a patient-centric approach, he will lead the company's operations to drive growth in the Indian market.

In his previous stint, Anuj was based out of London, serving as the EMEA lead for Ethicon Endosurgery, Pricing & New Business Development.

With a Masters in Management Studies from BITS Pilani, he joined Johnson & Johnson in 1995. Anuj gained his healthcare expertise while serving across multiple regions, including India, Singapore, the Middle East, the UK, and Belgium. His past responsibilities include the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Middle East, Central Europe, Russia, Turkey, and Africa within the EMEA MedTech division.

His expertise in General Management, Marketing, Finance, and New Business Development has fuelled successful initiatives such as developing specialties like Bariatric, Thoracic, and Colorectal, apart from enhancing standards of care and optimizing patient pathways.

He is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and will continue to champion the cause in his present role.
